Settling In

Sorry for the absence, we've been busy moving... again!
We're (mostly) out of my sisters basement, and into a wonderful house on six acres in the beautiful countryside of Pennsylvania.

We're surrounded by numerous mature black walnut trees, and there are two weeping willows in the front.
To the western side of the house there is a pond surrounded by cattails.  In the afternoon it is teaming with dragonflies, and constantly aflutter with a multitude of birds.

We also have a chicken coop, sans chickens at the moment... but only for the moment!

It feels great to have our stuff out of storage finally, and be settling into our own space.  However, unpacking can be overwhelming.  So when the chaos of this (below) starts getting to me...

I grab a cup of coffee and take a time out here:

  1. Congrats on the new is lovely.
I am coveting your swing and dock.
